Anne T Kiernan

Anne T. Kiernan, age 85, of Milford, beloved wife of the late Walter J. Kiernan, died on Saturday, July 8, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.  Anne was born in Brooklyn, NY on January 18, 1932 to the late Joseph and Margaret Smith Seyster.  She was a bank teller in Brooklyn and later worked as a cashier for X-Pect Discount in Milford.  Survivors include her children: Walter G. Kiernan of Milford, Patrick C. Kiernan and his wife Norann of PA, James W. Kiernan of Milford, Carol Anne Kiernan of FL, 13 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Kiernan is predeceased by her daughter, Mary Elizabeth Kiernan, son-in-law, Dickie Griffin and four siblings; Frederick Seyster, Sarah Hopkins, Mary Ruth Seyster and Margaret Anne Seyster.  Family and friends may call on Tuesday, July 11th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in THE GRGEORY F DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford.  Interment will be private.
