James William Laird IV

James William Laird IV, age 24, of Milford, beloved son of James Laird III and Jessica Lapis, died on Thursday, June 29, 2017.  James was born in Milford, CT on August 12, 1992.  He worked as an electrician and enjoyed fishing and boating.  James loved to be on his motorcycle and to off road in his truck.  The greatest joy in his life was spending time with his cherished son, Logan.  Survivors include his fiancé, Rebecca Pawlicki of Milford, adored son, Logan Pawlicki, sisters; Shaina and Bryanna Jennings of Milford, paternal grandparents, Susan and James Laird Jr. of Milford, maternal grandmother, Cheryl Lapis-Ziegler of Ansonia, paternal great-grandmother, Jeanette Laird of Oxford and maternal great-grandmother, Marilyn Volikas of Shelton, step-father, Brian Jennings of Shelton and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  James will be missed by his entire family and his many dear friends.

Friends may call on Sunday, July 2nd from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm in THE GREGORY F DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford.  Interment will be held at Kings Highway Cemetery, on Saturday, July 8th at 10:00am.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his son, Logan Pawlicki in c/o the Doyle Funeral Home.
