Patricia Ann (Haley) Johnson

Patricia "Pat" Johnson, age 77, of Milford, entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 20, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at Bridgeport Hospital.
Pat was born on December 21, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY, and was the daughter of the late William and Marcella Haley. Pat worked the third shift as a  machine operator at Bic Pen Corp in Milford for many years before her retirement without complaint to support her large brood, her greatest achievement, and "the pride and joy of her life".  A devoted fan of UCONN Basketball and the NY Mets; Pat was blessed with a very special son-in-law, Allen (Donna), who shared her enthusiasm for sports and lovingly assisted with her care.  Pat also loved and cared for many family pets through the years, including her beloved "Tiki", who will forever remain in her loving arms to keep her warm.
Pat's brood, the "Army" she created and instilled love and devotion include her eight children: Stephen Johnson, Donna (Allen) Vienneau, Kathleen (Nail) Kizavul, Dawn Perugini, Kevin (Nancy) Johnson, Sr. all of Milford; Daniel (Susan) Johnson of West Haven; Julie (Jack) Castelot and Brian (Debra Salce) Johnson, all of Stratford.  Sixteen grandchildren who lovingly called her “Gram”: Richard (Bobbi Jo) Stassun, Michael (Jennifer) Vienneau, Patricia Perugini, Kimberly (Matthew) Lanier, Paul (Lindsay) Johnson, Timur (Richard Casey) Kizavul, Shan (Sermin Karasay) Kizavul, Jeffrey Vienneau, Asli Kizavul, Nail Kizavul, Jr., Bryan Castelot, Alyssa Perugini, Kevin Johnson, Jr., Michael Castelot, Dante Salce, Gianna Salce and four great grandchildren who affectionately call her “GiGi” Kenneth, Aiden, Juliana and Jenna. She also leaves her loving nephews, Richard and John Santos of Brooklyn, NY and many more extended family. Pat rejoices in the arms of the angels with her brother, William Haley, Jr.,  and her sister, Marcella Santos, together again in God's Holy Kingdom. 
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 25th, at 9:00 a.m. at St. Gabriel Church, 26 Broadway, Milford. Interment to follow in St. Mary Cemetery in Milford.
