William H Varnum Jr.

William H. Varnum Jr., age, 80, of Milford, beloved husband of Mary Lou Mazzabufi Varnum for 55 years died on Saturday, October 22.  Bill was born in Lowell, MA on January 19, 1936 to the late William H. Varnum Sr. and Rita Haley Varnum.  Bill was a veteran and worked as an Educator for many years.  Survivors include his children, William H. Varnum III (Patricia) of Milford, Michelle Laslett (Jon) of Milford and Gregory Varnum (Colleen) of New York, seven grandchildren: Alyssa Varnum, William Varnum IV, Robert Varnum, Julia and Taylor Laslett, Jake and Amanda Varnum,  sister, Elaine Lombardo (Vincent) of Stratford and several nieces and nephews.  Bill is predeceased by his sister, Shirley Treschitta and brother, Robert Varnum.  Friends and family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10:00 am in Saint Gabriel Church, Milford.  Interment will follow in Kings Highway Cemetery, Milford.  Friends may call on Wednesday from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm in The Gregory F.
