Florence B Adamchak

Florence B. Adamchak, age 97, of Milford, beloved wife of the late Albert Adamchak entered eternal rest on Monday, Oct. 8, 2018 at Cambridge Manor in Fairfield.

She was the daughter of the late Frederick and Jessie (Richards) Betz and was born on June 4, 1921 in West Haven. Florence was a typist at J. William Hope & Co. for many years before her retirement.  She was a member of the Milford Senior Center and the former Devon Senior Citizen.

Florence is survived by her goddaughter, Jane Butler of Stratford. Her sister, Ruth Betz predeceased her.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, Oct. 11th from 9:30-10:30 a.m. with a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at the GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 BRIDGEPORT AVENUE, MILFORD. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery in Stratford. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the American Diabetes Association.
