Gerald M. Socha

Gerald M. Socha, age 84, beloved husband of 60 years to Theresa E. Socha of Milford, entered into peaceful rest on September 9, 2019 surrounded by his family at CT Hospice.

Mr. Socha was born on December 8, 1934 in Meriden and was the son of the late Edward Matthew and Stasia Socha. He worked in maintenance at Ross & Roberts in Stratford for over 45 years before his retirement.  Mr. Socha was a parishioner and devoted usher at Saint Ann Church for many years.

In addition to his devoted wife, he leaves his daughter and son in law, two sons and daughter in law. He also leaves his three grandchildren and their spouses and several nieces and nephews. His sister predeceased him.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 12th (DIRECTLY) at Saint Ann Church (Saint Raphael Parish) at 10:00 a.m. Committal will be private. There will be no calling hours. Please omit flowers.
