Michael Iassogna

Michael Iassogna, age 81, of Milford, beloved husband of 24 years to Bessie Roe Iassogna, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018.  Michael was born in Bridgeport on March 27, 1937 to the late Bernard and Anna Carcare.  He retired from Carpenter Steel and enjoyed going to the casino and playing black jack.  He loved to spend time in the sun and especially loved going to happy hours with his cherished wife.  Survivors include his son, Matthew Iassogna and his wife Stacy of Georgia, grandchildren; Matthew Jr. and Diana Iassogna, siblings: Rachael Marko of Milford, Paul Lentine and his wife Kathy of Bridgeport and Gary Lentine of Florida and several nieces and nephews.  Michael is predeceased by his brother-in-law, Coach Marko.  Friends and family may call on Monday, November 19th from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm in The Gregory F Doyle Funeral Home, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford.  A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 am in the funeral home followed by interment in Kings Highway Cemetery.
