Veronica E. (Twarog) Soloman

Veronica E. Soloman, age 82, of Milford, beloved wife of the late Francis R. Soloman entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at CT Hospice.

She was the daughter of the late John and Laura Marczyk Twarog and was born on January 12, 1937 in Bridgeport. Veronica was a machine operator at Bic Corp. in Milford for the Union Local 134 for over 28 years before her retirement.  She was the past President of the 50+ Club at St. Ann Church and also the Secretary for the Bic Retirement Club.   

Veronica is survived by her devoted daughter, Kimberly Anne Soloman and her husband Scott Johnson of Milford, four loving sons, Stephen R. Soloman and his wife Ann Patrone of Cliffside Park, NJ, Frank Soloman and his wife Angela of North Haven, Ronald Soloman and his wife Tina Thompson of Windsor Locks and John Soloman and his wife Jennifer Bell of Bath, NY and five grandchildren, Kevin, Bryan, Kaitlin, Matthew and Jessica and one great granddaughter, Lianna. She also leaves her brothers, Joseph Twarog (Dolores) of Melbourne, FL, John Twarog  (Dorothy)of Maricopa, AZ, sister in law, Sylvia Twarog of Shelton and several nieces and nephews.  Her brother, Edward Twarog predeceased her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday January 26th at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Ann Church (St. Raphael Parish) in Milford. Interment will be private. Family and friends may call on Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in THE GREGORY F.
