Christopher Eliot Schulte

Christopher Eliot Schulte, age 59, of Milford, Connecticut, passed away November 13, 2021, at Yale New Haven Hospital, from complications of advanced liver disease. Chris was born on April 2, 1962 in Yale New Haven Hospital. He attended Milford Public Schools, graduating from Jonathan Law High School in 1980 and earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Idaho in 1987. Chris engaged in a lifetime passion for sports both as a student athlete at the high school and university levels, and as a sportswriter and editor at various newspapers for 30 years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Ann Kelley Schulte. He is survived by his father, Linwood Schulte, siblings: LynnAnne Eddington, Woody, Jimmy, Paul and Scott Schulte, sons: Carter and Eliot Schulte, daughter: Paige Schulte and three grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 20th at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 990 Racebrook Road, Woodbridge, Connecticut 06525-2543.
