Claudette Elaine (Heslin) Lipp

Claudette Elaine (Heslin) Lipp, age 89, of Milford, entered peaceful rest on October 25, 2023. She is now in the loving arms of our Lord.

She was born on September 13, 1934 in New Haven and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Marion (Claude) Heslin.  She worked at  SNET for many years.  She was a dear friend to many. She enjoyed sewing with her mother and sister and doing craftwork brought her much happiness. 

Claudette is survived by her beloved children, Stephen (Maureen), Matthew, Karen (Josu) Solabarrieta,  Veronica Pretty and Dietrich  (Clifford Mascia), her grandchildren, Avantza (Daniel) Condie, Lander Solabarrieta, Shannon, and Spencer Lipp.  Also, great-grandchildren, Grayson, Silas and Cora Condie, and Ariana Robinson. A brother-in-law, Charles Gitlitz and sister-in-law, Joan Lipp, and niece and nephews, Michael and Christopher Lipp and Dara Gitlitz.

Claudette was predeceased by a son Eric J., sister Suzanne (Gitlitz), niece Heather Gitlitz, and dear friend, Carol Berrios. 

Family and friends may call on Monday, October 30, 2023 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. with a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at the GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 BRIDGEPORT AVENUE, MILFORD. Interment to follow in Saint Mary Cemetery, Milford.
