Daniel Fernandez

Daniel Fernandez, 48, passed away after a brief illness. Mr. Fernandez was born in Milford on July 25, 1974 to the late Gamaliel and Gladys Fernandez. He graduated from Joseph A. Foran High School before attending Housatonic Community College.  He was employed by Whalley Glass Company, a.k.a Curved Glass. He was a brilliant artist, fantastic chef and a skilled pool player. He inherited his father's talent for entertaining and bringing happiness to others with his laughter, sense of humor and his professional quality performances on karaoke night. He was a loving and devoted father to his daughter, Gabriella Rachel Fernandez and her mother, Laura Bedini. He is also survived by his sister, Diana F. Coffey and her husband, James. He will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews, Daniel Fernandez, Alicia M. Fernandez and their mother, Catherine Fernandez-Rivera, Dennis J. Coffey and Alexa Nahas. He also leaves many cousins aunts and uncles. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Louis Fernandez. Family and Friends may call on Monday April 10th from 9:00 AM -11:00 AM in THE GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford.  Interment will follow at 11:30 a.m. in Kings Highway Cemetery, Milford.
