John Guastella Obituary

John F. Guastella, age 66, of West Haven, beloved husband of Teri Dabrowski Guastella for 24 years, died on Wednesday January 20, 2021. John was born in Bridgeport on February 13, 1954 to the late Thomas and Eleanor Grillo Guastella. He worked for the Bridgeport Post and New Haven register for many years and later the US Postal Service. John was a perfectionist with his painting and carpentry work and loved being outside splitting wood. John loved to go on cruises and adored his kitties. Survivors, in addition to his wife Teri, include his daughter, Stacy Gigola (John) of West Haven and three grandchildren: Giovanni (Catherine) Gigola, Gabriela (Aaron Butner) Gigola and Giuliana Gigola. John is predeceased by his son, Marc Guastella. Services will be private.
