Kenneth Wilhelm

Kenneth Wilhelm, age 70, of West Haven, beloved father, died on Monday, January 11, 2021.  Ken was born in Milford on January 18, 1950 to the late Leonard and Leonora Nastu Wilhelm.  He graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a master’s degree in music education.  He went on to teach music in Milford at Calf Pen Meadow and Simon Lake elementary schools, and gave lessons at Fladd Music Center.  He loved music and played multiple instruments in local bands throughout the years and at Mary Taylor Memorial Methodist Church, where he was an active member.  Survivors include his daughter, Ryder Wilhelm of West Haven, brother, Theodore C. Wilhelm and his wife Cathy of Shelton and former wife, Judith Davies of Milford.  A Memorial Service for Ken will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mary Taylor Memorial United Methodist Church Music Fund, Milford.
