Linda T. (Teixeira) Ruzbarsky

Linda (Teixeira) Ruzbarsky, age 80, of Milford, beloved wife of the late Paul J. Ruzbarsky, Sr. entered peaceful rest on September 4, 2023.

She was the daughter of the late John and Marcelina (Goncalves) Teixeira and was born on September 26, 1942 in Bridgeport. Linda worked at AT Systems and formerly at Sikorsky Credit Union for many years before her retirement. Linda was passionate about cooking and making Christmas cookies. In her spare time, she loved to do arts and crafts, especially ceramics and was an avid reader, gardener and bird watcher. But most of all, Linda loved spending time with her family and spoiling her pets.

Linda is survived by her devoted sons, Paul J. Ruzbarsky, Jr. and his wife, Meladee and Mark A. Ruzbarsky and his wife, Kimberly, four grandchildren, who lovingly referred to her as “Boa Boa” Paul, III and Megan Ruzbarsky and Mason and Nathan Ruzbarsky all of Milford. She also leaves her brother, Edward “Eddie” Teixeira (Donna), Ronald “Ronnie” Teixeira (Victoria), and her nephew, who was more like a son, Orion Teixeira, and several nieces and nephews, Charlie Teixeira(Natalie), Orion, Jr., Chris, Matthew, Kristy, Rachel and Marcelina, Jay, Elizabeth and Robert.  In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her two brothers, John and Albert Teixeira.

Family and friends may call on Friday, September 15th, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at  the GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 BRIDGEPORT AVENUE, MILFORD. Committal will be private.
