Loretta Parker Obituary

Loretta M. Parker, age 92, of Milford, beloved wife of the late Russell J. Parker entered peaceful rest on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at The Carolton in Fairfield.

She was born on August 31, 1929, in Bridgeport and was the daughter of the late Charles and Loretta (Ronan) Terry. She worked at the Fairfield Store for many years before her retirement.

Mrs. Parker is survived by her loving children, Dorothy Parker and Matthew Parker both of Stratford, and Margaret Fix and her husband Michael of Vermont, her grandson, Evan Fix and two great grandchildren, True and Charlie Ovens.

The Family would like to thank All the Staff and Nurses for the compassionate care given to Loretta.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 8 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Gabriel’s Church (St. Raphael Parish) 26 Broadway, Milford. Entombment will follow at Saint Michael’s Mausoleum in Stratford. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 BRIDGEPORT AVENUE, MILFORD. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
