Luis R. Valentin

Luis Rafael Valentin, age 64, of Bridgeport, passed away on June 3, 2021 surrounded by his family.
He was born on December 4, 1956 in New York, NY and was the son of the late Luciano Hernandez and Julia (Vazquez) Valentin. Mr. Valentin was a screen printer at Bridgeport Screen Printing for many years before his retirement. 
He loved spending time with his family, going out to eat, bike riding, fishing, camping, and helping out his community.
Mr. Valentin is survived by his devoted children, Julia Valentin (Vinny), Luciano Valentin (Grace), Corrine Valentin, Sarah Valentin, Justin Valentin, and his eight grandchildren. 
He leaves his sisters, Luz Salcedo, Noela Santana and Gladys Garrido and several nieces and nephews. He is pre-deceased by his brother, Junior Mills and his sister, Carmen Mills Beltran.
Family and friends may call on Friday, June 11, 2021 at Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home, 291 Bridgeport Ave, Milford from 4:00pm to 7:00pm with a service at 6:30pm. Committal will be private.
