Mary A. Dlugos, age 99, of Milford, passed away on Sept. 29, 2018 at Branford Hills Health Care Center. She was born on Oct. 10, 1918 in Milford and the daughter of the late John and Katherine (Voitko) Dlugos. Mary worked as a secretary for her entire career at General Electric. She enjoyed her long daily walks through her neighborhood and was an avid gardener. She loved playing Scrabble, sewed her own clothes and enjoyed crocheting. Mary is survived by her brother, Raymond Dlugos of Secane, PA and her sister, Damien Marie Dlugos I.H.M. of Scranton, PA and many dear nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at the Village at Mariner’s Point in East Haven and the staff at Branford Hills Health Care Center for the compassionate care given to Mary over the last 5 years. Family and friends may call on Thursday, Oct. 4th from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. at the GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 BRIDGEPORT AVENUE, MILFORD followed by a mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at St. Ann Church, Milford. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery, Milford.
