Premila (Rajaretnam) Arnold

Premila Arnold, age 77, of Milford, beloved wife of Hector Arnold for 54 years, died on Monday, January 3, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.  Premila was born in Nagercoil, India on April 21,1944 to the late A. Rajaretnam and Roseanne Owen.  Premila received her Bachelor of Science degree in Botany, Bachelor of Arts in Education degree, and retired as an Assistant Manager for Milford Bank.  Survivors, in addition to her husband Hector, include her children: David Arnold and his wife Mitsi of Portland Oregon, and Stephen Arnold of Seattle, Washington, two grandchildren; Rory and Kellen Arnold, two brothers, R. Vijayaseelan and R. Rajan and several nieces and nephews.  Premila is predeceased by her many siblings.  Friends are invited to greet the family on Wednesday, January 5th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in THE GREGORY F, DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford.  A funeral service will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home and interment will be private.  A more elaborate memorial service and celebration of life will be held in the Spring.  To leave an online condolence, please visit, www.gregoryfdoylefuneralhome.com.
