Rosemarie (Coviello) Cameron

Rosemarie Cameron, age 94, of Milford and formerly of Rye Brook, NY, beloved wife of 66 years to the late Paul L. Cameron, entered peaceful rest on November 17, 2022. She was born in Port Chester, NY on July 28, 1928 to the late Angelo and Jennie (La Rosa) Coviello.

Rosemarie was a bookkeeper for Finocchio Brothers, Inc in Stamford for over 30 years before her retirement. She enjoyed hosting holidays - her favorite was Christmas Eve, gardening, cooking, baking the most delicious cookies & apple pies, watching game shows & westerns, reading, and most of all, spending time with her family. 

Rosemarie is survived by her children; Janice Lampo (Robert) of Milford, Paul Cameron of Pleasant Valley, NY, Mark Cameron (Margaret) of Norwalk, and seven grandchildren; Elaina (Rob), Kimberly (John), Kevin (Diandra), Nicholas (Ashley), Kelly, Kaitlyn, James and three great grandchildren; Nolan, Xander and Serena with two more on the way. She also leaves her siblings, Dominick Coviello (Frances), Marie Enborg and Angela Saccomanno (Benjamin) and many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 28, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Christ the Redeemer Church, 325 Oronoque Road, Milford. Interment to follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Milford. Family and friends may call on Monday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 BRIDGEPORT AVENUE, MILFORD, prior to the mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
