Suzanne Mora Obituary

Suzanne M. Mora, age 73 of Milford, entered peaceful rest on December 26, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Louis and Anne (Hrabstock) Mora and was born in Bridgeport where she grew up.
 
Suzanne graduated Valedictorian at St. Joseph High School in Trumbull and received a bachelor’s degree in History from the College of New Rochelle, NY. Suzanne was a Branch Manager and retired as Vice President for Bank of America formerly, Fleet Bank in Shelton.
 
Suzanne loved animals and volunteered with Pet Protectors where she fostered and adopted several dogs and cats including, dogs, Ginger, Seamus, Nemo and Tanner and cats Spooky, Marley and Teddy. 
 
She is survived by her aunt, Johanna (Hrabstock) Hyde of Niantic and her cousins, Craig Hyde of Old Lyme, John Mora of Shelton, Dan Huydics of Norwalk, Wally Hrabstock of Poinciana, FL David Hrabstock of Shelton, her goddaughter, Holly (Mora) Kantzas of Monroe, and her best friends and "foster family", Laura and Tom Zawislinski and Marie Roland of Milford. Suzanne will be missed by her cousins and their children and all who knew her.

 A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. (DIRECTLY) at Saint Ann Church (Saint Raphael Parish), 501 Naugatuck Avenue, Milford. Interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport. Due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, masks and social distancing are requested.
