Terrijoy Ribeiro

Terrijoy Ribeiro, age 64, of North Carolina and formerly of Stratford, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. Born in Bridgeport on July 2,1958 to the late Antonio and Alice Alves Ribeiro, Terrijoy graduated from St. Joseph’s High School in Trumbull, CT, then attended the Connecticut Business Institute. An avid sports fan, Terrijoy cheered on her favorite baseball and basketball teams, The NY METS and The Warriors and Steph Curry, her favorite player. She loved painting, drawing and especially baking, as well as her beloved dog, Lilibel.  Survivors include her daughter Blair Ribeiro of Gaithersburg, Maryland; son, Austin Anderson of West Haven; son, Justin Anderson and his fiancé, Megan Hymen and granddaughter, Aviannah Taylor Anderson of Ansonia, her brother, Jon Ribeiro of Gaithersburg, Maryland; and her loving partner, Eric Mawabi of Fayetteville, NC.  She was predeceased by her beloved mother and father, Alice and Antonio Ribeiro, as well as her dear brothers, Antonio Ribeiro, Jr. and Don Carlos Ribeiro.  Friends and family may call on Friday March 24th  from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at THE GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford.  The Funeral Mass and interment will be held at a later date.
