Dear Jean, I'm so sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing. You two always seemed so happy to be together. I loved that. I grew up around the Lewis family. Our parents were friends, due to our southern roots. I hung out with Janet and Shirley and worked at Kohr Brothers custard stand with Charlie.Jimmy was always the one we looked up to, being the big brother, but he didn't "pull rank" as the oldest. Just an all around good guy.And looking at his picture, I'm struck at how much he still looked like he did in high school! I'm in San Diego, and hope to see you in Milford soon, but I'll be thinking about you and your family. With the greatest affection, Ernestine (Hutcheson) Smith

Dear Aunt Jean, Jimmy, Mary, Sue and Emily: there are no words to express the sadness I felt on hearing about Uncle Jimmy. In my mind I clearly see the love that showed on your faces when I saw you together. You have set the finest of examples for your children and grandchildren about what love truly is. I will always remember Uncle Jimmy's smile and the laughter you both shared. This is hard but Uncle Jimmy will always be with you even if you can no longer see him. Love and prayers for you all. Lin
