I've just learned the loss of John today by a friend I was with earlier in the day. This hit me like a brick wall and couldn't believe it. I was just at his house a few weeks ago and he was looking at my truck and we were making plans to do some body work, I also said hello to his wife on the back deck....Man this is so sad what a great man, I also used to work with him at a local automotive dealership in Milford...Very sorry for the loss of a good man and my respect to the family & friends.

The Olcott Family has always had a special place in my heart since they moved to Milford over 55 years ago when John's older sister Phyllis and I became best friends.

We will miss him everyday, he was a brother and a son to us.
He willingly helped us everything, from Babe after her surgeries. yo odd jobs around the house, John was a loving, caring guy, who was always there for us. He was family. My heart is broken.
